i'm just sayin'...
i know that a royal wedding is a sort of flimsy excuse for flag waving and national unity and pride, but at the moment I much prefer it over a vengeful and only semi-legal assassination.
i'll celebrate love over hate, and peace over violence any day.

As a dancer who has practiced yoga for 14 years, I teach yoga with anatomical precision coupled with deepening awareness of the connections of the physical, emotional, and energetic body. I have taught yoga for 9 years at yoga studios, community centres, education environments, to people ranging from professional dancers to children to adults with physical and learning disabilities. I was certified by Forrest Yoga Circle (USA) and the School of Kundalini Yoga (UK) after studying Ashtanga Yoga with in India, and Zen and Shingon Buddhism in Japan. My practice is a space for creativity, humility and love for the magic of yoga. I currently teach at the Alchemy Centre in Camden, the Special Yoga Centre in Kensal Rise and Evolve Wellness Centre in South Kensington. Full teaching schedule is on the Classes in London page.
